Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Houndsbrook may call and text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including with automated technology and artificial or AI-generated voices. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing hello@houndsbrook.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

- With service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, phone and messaging, and customer-relationship tools, under obligations to protect it.
- With deal counterparties, as part of a transaction you are discussing with us. For example, we may share property details with prospective buyers, tenants, lenders or partners when presenting a site. We share only what is reasonably needed for the transaction.
- With professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, title companies and engineers working on a transaction.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to keep records of transactions and to comply with legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
